Rasmus Mikander

Rasmus Mikander is the CEO and co-founder of SimpleDK. They work to place long-term unemployed into meaningful employment and foster collaboration with municipalities and companies. They served as the CEO of Suveren A/S (2020–2021), were development chief and leader of the employment area at Anden aktør (2018–2020), worked as an employment consultant at Vallensbæk Kommune (2011–2015), were team leader for UngeGuiden at Roskilde Kommune (2015–2018), were a senior dispatcher at Menzies Aviation (2008–2009), and held a sales assistant position at Tøjeksperten (2006–2008). They are pursuing studies at DTU (Technical University of Denmark). They believe people blossom when they are part of a work community and advocate for active collaboration with employers to provide social responsibility.
