Leonty M.

Leonty M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014. Leonty started as a Credit Expert at Cetelem, then moved on to become a Project Manager at OCSiAl Group in 2015. In 2016, they became the Founder and CEO of Leccomp. From 2018 to 2020, they held two positions at The Global Energy Prize, first as an Independent Business Consultant and then as the Head of Analytics and Commercialization Department. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Simpleem Inc., where they help optimize behavior to improve video meetings outcomes by building correlations between behavioral signals and real business metrics.

Leonty M. received a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 2011 and 2015. Leonty then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the same institution between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they also earned a Master's degree in Economics, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) between 2015 and 2017.
