Rilee Farney

Rilee Farney has a diverse work experience starting with Sprouts Farmers Market in 2015. At Sprouts, Rilee held various roles including Receiving Manager, Assistant Receiving Manager, Bookkeeper, Cashier, and Courtesy Clerk. In 2021, Rilee joined simplehuman and served as the Shipping Lead (Logistics Clerk), Continuous Improvement Lead, Warehouse Manager, and is currently working as an Operations Manager.

Rilee Farney pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at California State University, Long Beach from 2016 to 2020. Rilee specialized in two fields of study: Business Administration and Management, as well as Operations and Supply Chain Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rilee obtained several certifications through Coursera. In December 2021, they completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course, and in January 2022, they successfully finished three more courses: "Project Execution: Running the Project," "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," and "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project." These certifications reflect their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in project management.
