Andrew Hazelton

Andrew Hazelton's work experience begins in 2009 as an Operations Manager at Belgravia Leisure, where they managed contractors, customer service staff, and life guarding staff. Andrew also handled facilities maintenance and plant room operations. From 2011 to 2014, Andrew served as a Center Manager at the same company, where they wrote and delivered training, developed and managed center budgets, and represented sites at meetings. Later, from 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager, managing a diverse team and ensuring compliance with safety and local regulations.

In 2018, Andrew took on the role of an Environmental Consultant at Addressing Global Warming Pty Ltd, where they prepared research reports on climate and environmental policy and provided in-depth briefs for executives and clients.

In 2020, Andrew joined Citizens' Climate Lobby as a Partnerships Coordinator, establishing and managing partnerships. Andrew then transitioned to SimpleLab Inc. in November 2020 as an Operations and Logistics Manager, leading teams, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and improving work systems.

Andrew Hazelton attended Kinross Wolaroi School, although the exact years are unknown, and they did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study there. From 2016 to 2021, they studied at the University of Technology Sydney, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. In 2013, Hazelton obtained a Certificate III in Recreation and Aquatics from the Royal Life Saving Society - Australia.
