Aimee Lantzy

Aimee Lantzy, Ed.D., CPTD, has extensive experience in learning and development, holding various leadership positions across multiple organizations. Aimee served as the Instructional Design Manager and Creative Studio Director at Alchemy Systems from 2013 to 2016 and worked as a Principal Learning & Development Executive while self-employed from 2010 to 2018. Aimee has held significant roles at GitHub as the Director of Learning and Development from 2021 to 2024 and at SolarWinds as the Global Head of Learning & Development in 2024. Aimee also worked as a Learning Solution Architect at SweetRush Inc. from 2018 to 2020 and as Senior Manager of Education Content Strategy at VMware from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Aimee serves as the Global Head of Learning and Talent Development at SimplePractice since June 2025. Aimee's educational background includes a BA in English from Amherst College, an MFA in Playwriting from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Education in Mind, Brain and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
