Casey Kim

Casey Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They started as an Operations Clerk/Customer Service Representative at Woori America Bank from September 2014 to July 2015. During this time, they were part of a team that achieved the top ranking branch among overseas subsidiaries by exceeding performance goals. They also restructured paper logs into Excel spreadsheets for improved standardization.

In 2015, Casey worked as a Ruby on Rails Apprentice at Launch Academy, Inc. They built applications using test-driven development and contributed to peer code reviews. They also focused on constructing object-oriented programming for code maintainability.

From February 2016 to March 2019, Casey served as a Full-Stack Web Developer at Jetbuilt. They developed and maintained the estimating/sales platform for contractors and optimized the performance of data loading with caching and improved queries.

Starting from May 2020 to December 2021, Casey worked as a Software Engineer at Takko Video App. They were dedicated to the Minimum Viable Product and contributed to the architecture and implementation of revenue-sharing Pools. They enabled creators' payouts using payment platforms like Stripe and Paypal.

Currently, Casey works at SimplePractice as a Full Stack Engineer, starting from March 2022.

Casey Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. The duration of this program spanned from 2009 to 2013.
