Hannah Hoffman

Hannah Hoffman currently serves as the Director of Product Design for Clinical Groups at SimplePractice, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Hannah was the Director of Design and Research at Modern Health from December 2021 to November 2025, leading a team in delivering mental health support through innovative product design. Hannah's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Design Manager at Modern Health, Lead Product Designer at Tidelift, and Design Director at Artefact, where multidisciplinary teams were directed in designing solutions across healthcare and technology sectors. Earlier roles include Head of Design at New Kind, where brand storytelling was prioritized, and a variety of design positions at Capstrat, where campaigns and digital experiences were developed. Hannah's professional journey is underpinned by a BFA in Graphic Design from Drake University.
