Johanna Cary

Johanna Cary has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Johanna began their career at Apple as a Retail Specialist, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained visual merchandising. Johanna then joined the Department of Housing Western Australia as a Customer Service Officer/Front Desk Support, where they assisted customers with housing information and conducted priority interviews. Johanna also worked as an Executive Assistant at the Department of Housing, where they provided administrative support and coordinated meetings. Johanna later became a Shop Manager at Pink Olive, where they supervised operations and conducted training. Johanna then worked as a Customer Service-Event Staff at Etc by Emily, providing catering services for various events. Johanna also worked as a Sales Floor Leader at Lush Scottsdale, where they demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and contributed to sales. Prior to their current position, Johanna worked as a Field Expert at Enjoy Technology, Inc., where they operated a mobile retail store and provided technical support and training to AT&T customers. Johanna is currently employed as a Product Support Specialist at SimplePractice.

Johanna Cary completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Illustration from Curtin University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Padbury Senior High School Western Australia from 2005 to 2007, where they also studied Illustration. In addition to their formal education, Johanna has obtained various certifications, including "Writing Customer Service Emails" and "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" from LinkedIn in August 2021 and July 2021 respectively. Johanna also obtained certifications in "Intermediate Microsoft Excel" and "Intermediate Microsoft Word" from the Department of Housing Western Australia in November 2014.
