Justin Shen

Justin Shen has extensive experience in product design, particularly in the field of revenue cycle management. Justin began their current role as a Product Design Manager at SimplePractice in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SimplePractice as a Senior Product Designer from August 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining SimplePractice, Justin worked at SmartAsset for several years. Justin held the position of Senior Product Designer from January 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer from January 2016 to January 2020, and as a Visual/UI Designer from December 2012 to January 2016.

Justin Shen attended Baruch College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2012, they also took coursework at the School of Visual Arts with a focus on UX Design.
