Kristen Weber

Kristen Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at SimplePractice since June 2023, Kristen manages the execution of high-priority product evolution through effective cross-functional and stakeholder management. Previously, as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Convoy Inc, Kristen established the company's inaugural DE&I program, collaborating with leadership to integrate these principles across the workforce. At Expedia Group, Kristen held multiple roles, including Global Lead for Diversity and Inclusion, where significant enhancements in disability inclusion were achieved. Kristen's career spans over two decades, beginning at Fannie Mae as a Senior Business/Product Manager, after being selected for a prestigious Business Systems Technologist class. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Auburn University at Montgomery.
