Richard Bedats

Richard Bedats is a Product Analyst at SimplePractice, actively involved in the integration of Appcues and enhancing user engagement, while also supporting data analytics for health insurance clearinghouse migration. Previously, Richard was recognized as a Fellow in the Possible Career Accelerator program, where networking and learning from industry professionals took place. Experience as a Graduate Assistant of Operations at Seattle University Recreation involved creating an intranet and supervising a team of student-employees, contributing to operational efficiency. Richard also served as a Data Analyst at 1st Security Bank of Washington, where financial data analysis and process improvements were key responsibilities, and as a Financial Value Engineer at Redapt, Inc., automating financial analyses and presenting insights to leadership. Richard holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Business Economics from Seattle University, along with a brief attendance at the University of Maryland.
