Prior experience includes leadership roles at Oracle, where Roger provided architectural guidance for infrastructure within AWS and OCI and oversaw teams resulting in improved operational efficiency. Roger's background also includes work as a Cloud Systems Architect at Datalogix, where the design of scalable and secure solutions was paramount. Earlier in the career, Roger contributed to systems engineering at Alpine Access and spent a brief period on a career break to explore new interests and recharge.
