Zachary MacKey

Zachary Mackey is a versatile professional with a diverse background in music and customer support. Currently serving as a Billing & Payments Associate and Phone Support Specialist at SimplePractice since August 2020, Zachary has also been a Singer-Songwriter and Music Producer at Zach Mackey Music since September 2013. In addition, Zachary contributed as a Film Composer for the short film "Tallebudgera Road" under Jonathan Finney from August 2019 to October 2021. Previous experiences include working as a Front Desk Agent at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and as an Artistic Curation Specialist at RAW:natural born artists. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, earned in 2017.
