Deanne Sparr

Deanne Sparr has over 27 years of experience in various roles related to quality management, process engineering, and project management. Deanne began their career as a Process Engineer and later worked as a Process & Business Unit Manager and QS 9000 Manager at Kurz-Kasch, Inc. Deanne then became the Quality Assurance Manager at Toyoda Gosei (a.k.a. Meteor Sealing Systems) before joining Smithers Quality Assessments as a Project Manager / Lead Auditor. Since 2014, they have been with simpleQuE, first as Vice President and now as President.

Deanne Sparr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron in 1993. In 1996, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Ashland University and completed it in 2000.
