Colleen Llewellyn

Colleen Llewellyn is currently semi-retired from her role as an Executive Consultant at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, where Colleen specializes in lean transformation. With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University, Colleen has extensive experience coaching and training leaders in lean methodologies, particularly in healthcare and high-tech manufacturing environments. Colleen played a key role in implementing the Hoshin Kanri strategy for a provincial health system in Canada and has facilitated numerous lean processes across various organizations, including PeaceHealth and Hewlett-Packard. Throughout her career, Colleen has focused on delivering effective lean training and project management to drive performance improvements.
