Gary Bradley Msc

Gary Bradley MSc is an experienced operations leader and consultant at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, since April 2015, specializing as a Gemba Coach to facilitate Lean transformations for various clients. Previously, Gary served as Deputy Head of Continuous Improvement for Vector Aerospace, leading substantial change projects and implementing Lean strategies across multiple divisions within the UK. Gary's earlier career included roles at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on quality and efficiency improvements in aerospace operations. Gary holds an MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
