Ken Collett

Ken Collett has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and payment systems industry. Ken started their career in 1995 as the Manufacturing Director at Money Controls, where they worked for 15 years. Ken then joined Crane Payment Solutions as the VP of Operations, overseeing manufacturing and supply chain functions for four global sites. After three years, Ken moved to Crane Payment Innovations as the Managing Director and VP of Global Manufacturing, responsible for four manufacturing sites worldwide. Currently, Ken is a Managing Director at Simpler Consulting, where they also serve as an Executive Coach and Account Manager. Ken has been with Simpler Consulting since 2014, initially starting as an Executive Coach and Group Leader before transitioning to their current role. Throughout their career, Ken has emphasized lean manufacturing and adding stakeholder value.

Ken Collett attended Turton High School from 1975 to 1979, but there is no information about any degrees or fields of study obtained during that time. Ken later studied at Bolton University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in business studies. Additionally, Ken obtained certifications in core consulting skills and people skills, including resilience, growth mindset, learning agility, and time management from IBM. Ken received these certifications in July 2021 and January 2021, respectively.
