Mauricio Leal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Sensei at Simpler Consulting and a Partner at Smarter Soluções em Consultoria Empresarial since April 2012, Mauricio specializes in Lean Enterprise Transformation, coaching, and the development of improvement experts.
