Ferenc Molnar is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in high-performance computing and research. Currently serving as Principal HPC Engineer at SimpleRose since April 2020, Ferenc previously held the position of Senior Computing Engineer. Prior to that, Ferenc was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Notre Dame from November 2017 to March 2020, focusing on neuroscience projects that included developing a link prediction framework and a GPU-based analog Boolean satisfiability solver. Ferenc also served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Northwestern University from January 2015 to October 2017, working in Prof. Motter's group, and held a Research Assistant role at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from September 2010 to December 2014, where studies included population dynamics models. As an undergraduate research assistant at Eötvös Loránd University from January 2007 to August 2010, Ferenc initiated a research career with reaction-diffusion simulations. Ferenc earned a PhD in Multidisciplinary Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (2010-2014) and a Master's degree in Informatics Chemist from Eötvös Loránd University (2005-2010).
