Marti Martindale

Marti Martindale is the Co-Founder and COO at Simplerose. Marti has over 18 years of experience as a management consultant, working with clients in the education, nonprofit, and business sectors. In their role as a consultant, they have been responsible for defining project scope and goals, developing communication plans, creating budgets, coaching and mentoring project teams, and providing strategic planning and implementation to improve the long-term direction of client organizations. Marti is a highly effective leader with a proven track record of helping their clients achieve their goals.

Marti Martindale completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematics. Marti then went on to complete their Master of Architecture at Columbia University in the City of New York. After working in the architecture field for several years, they decided to return to school to earn their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Their manager is Carl Ledbetter, Co-Founder, Chairman & CTO. Marti Martindale works with and Devika Christie - Head of Product & Business Development.
