Leticia Lambert

Leticia Lambert is the Head of HR at Telecall, where they focus on transforming HR practices through innovative operational platforms and talent management programs. With over a decade of experience, Leticia previously served as an HR Manager and Business Partner at KPMG Brasil, supporting leaders on talent management and change initiatives. Leticia also held various HR roles in organizations such as SITAWI Finanças do Bem and Ecology and Environment, Inc., and has a strong background in coaching and strategic HR implementation. They hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula.
