Brandon Gant

Brandon Gant is a highly experienced property management and real estate professional, currently serving as a Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners since February 2023, while also functioning as an Associate Broker at SimpleShowing since March 2019. Brandon founded BMG Realty in June 2014, where as Qualifying Broker, the focus is on single-family home sales in sought-after Atlanta neighborhoods. Previous roles include Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing commercial properties, and various high-rise association management positions at FirstService Residential and Community Management Associates, demonstrating strong expertise in financial budgeting, staff supervision, and owner-tenant relations.
