Henry Edinger

Henry Edinger is a P&C insurance expert and experience design strategist who co-founded Experience Design International and Cloud 9 Online, where they focus on optimizing customer journeys and advising on product innovation. With a significant tenure at Travelers, where they served as Chief Customer Officer, Edinger launched a customer experience organization and drove transformative initiatives that generated substantial financial returns. Additionally, they are a strategic advisor for multiple startups in healthcare technology and have taken on roles such as Joint Venture Partner at Digital 360 Health and Strategic Advisor at SimpleSolve Inc. Edinger pursued doctoral studies in Modern German History at Syracuse University and holds a BA in History and French from SUNY Oswego.
