James Holding

James Holding is an experienced leader in customer success and technology delivery with a robust background in the media sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Simplestream since September 2025, James focuses on driving customer success and shaping product direction. Prior roles include Vice President, Complex Projects and Professional Services at Bitmovin, and several positions at Simplestream, including Vice President Client Services, where James oversaw major client initiatives.
