Lewis Arthur began their career in 2011 as the Chief Product Officer at SimpleStream Ltd, a leading provider of live streaming and live-to-VOD services. In this role, they were responsible for offering a cloud-based "multi-channel / multi-territory" solution out-of-the-box, simplifying over the top (OTT) video operations and workflows. Lewis also oversaw integrated monetisation methods including subscriptions, pay-per-view and VAST/VPAID ad-formats. In 2013, Lewis Arthur co-founded TVPlayer, an OTT platform which allows users to watch TV at home and on the go. Lewis was responsible for the pay structure which allowed people to choose exactly what plan suited them most.

Lewis Arthur studied Law, English Literature, and Biology at North Hertfordshire College from 2006 to 2008, earning an A Levels degree. Lewis then attended King's College London from 2008 to 2011, where they completed a Bachelor of Laws degree.
