They served as Managing Consultant at A Foster Higgins & Co. and were instrumental in HMO consolidation studies before taking on leadership roles at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and ABD Insurance and Financial Services. Currently, they are a Managing Partner at MDR, Inc. and the Founder of CHEQS, LLC, where they focus on enhancing healthcare delivery through telehealth solutions.
