Jennifer Reichenbach

Even as a child, Jennifer Reichenbach knew she wanted to work in the hospitality and tourism industry, beginning her career at just 17 years of age. Since then, Jenn has held a variety of management positions with Marriott and Hampton Inn hotels. During her 17 years with Software Management Inc., she served as Director of Sales, Vice President of SMI and then finally as President from 2008 until the acquisition of SMI by Simpleview in 2014. Jenn now serves as the Director of Operations-CRM for Simpleview's Pittsburgh Office. Today, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, tackling new adventures. When she’s not traveling she enjoys hiking, gardening and reading.

Jenn has served the industry in many ways, including having held seats on DMAI's Business Partner Advisory Council and Technology Committee. At the end of the day, Jenn delights in making an impact on DMOs and the industry she loves to such a dramatic degree.
