Brian Middleton

Brian Middleton has extensive experience in sales and marketing, operations, and training and development. Brian began their career in 1998 as a Regional Vice President with Labor Ready Inc., where they were responsible for developing a strategic plan for the region, managing sales directives and operations for 116 business units, and managing P&L and $150 million in revenue. Brian then moved to District Manager positions with Labor Ready, Inc. and Idaho/Montana/E. Washington, where they were responsible for overseeing district finances, developing and monitoring branch budgets, and recruiting and hiring district personnel. In 2011, they became Vice President at StaffWorks Group, where they were responsible for sourcing revenue opportunities and building partnerships. From 2014 to 2015, they were Owner/Operator at Liberty Staffing, LLC. From 2015 to 2020, they were Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Peoplelink Group, where they worked directly with the CEO and National Sales Team to grow and obtain new business. Brian is currently a Senior Sales Consultant at SimpleVMS, where they have been since 2022.
