James Champ

James Champ has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. James began their career in 2010 as a Telecommunications Manager for the US Army, where they were responsible for providing internet services through a satellite in any remote location in the world. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager for Crothall Healthcare, supervising and coaching 60 plus employees on their daily tasks in order to meet the demands of the hospital and its staff. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Software Technical Support at Peak Performance Solutions, providing excellent support efforts for their organization's software applications and importing and exporting customers information through SQL queries. Currently, they are a Software Support and Implementation Specialist at SimpleVMS.
