Leobart van Den Ham

Leobart van den Ham serves as the CFO and Operational and Financial Director at Simplex since March 2019, focusing on empowering businesses through effective software implementation. In addition, Leobart has been an Eerste luitenant in the Ministerie van Defensie since June 2014, leading the third platoon of 10 IBB KNR Delta Cie until the end of 2024, and transitioning to the second platoon beginning in 2025. As the founder of "This is Scotland," Leobart engages over 230,000 followers with daily information on Scotland while motivating businesses to enhance their social media presence. Previous roles include project leader and consultant at AFAS Software, secretary and treasurer for Pegasus Pipes & Drums, and various positions in business consulting and sales. Leobart holds a Master of Science in Geo-communication and a Bachelor of Science in Human Geography and Urban Planning from Utrecht University.
