Fernando Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fernando began their career at Xerox as a Senior Business Analyst, where they improved purchasing processes and facilitated better alignment between expense reduction goals and customer needs. Fernando then joined The Clorox Company as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they played a key role in the strategic focus of the Dominican Republic and Caribbean business, resulting in 11% sales growth. Fernando then served as the Senior Operations Manager and CFO at Knowlity Corporation, implementing cash management procedures and introducing annual and long-range planning processes. Fernando later worked as a Corporate Finance Project Consultant for various companies, participating in new product introduction and logistics projects. Fernando then joined Samana Group LLC as the Treasurer and CFO, implementing KPIs and planning processes to optimize growth and stabilize cash flows. Most recently, they worked at The Simplex Group as a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager. Fernando Fernandez has a strong educational background with a focus on finance, business consulting, and mechanical engineering. Fernando obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Business Consulting from the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, Fernando completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1992 to 1997. Fernando also holds a High School diploma from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola, where they completed their secondary education between 1986 and 1992.
