Ryu Saito serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SIMPLEX QUANTUM, Inc. since October 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Managing Director - COO at Riocee Inc. and Compliance Director at SEIRYU Asset Management Ltd. Saito has a strong background in IT and infrastructure management from positions at Capmark, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Barclays Global Investors, and Salomon Brothers Inc.
