Sarit Klugman has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success, business advising, project management, and software testing. Sarit is currently the Director/Head of Customer Success at Simplex. Prior to this role, they worked at Micro Focus as the Head of Customer Success (APJ/EMEA) until 2021. Sarit also served as a Business Advisor to small businesses while working at None. Sarit was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held managerial roles at HP, including SW Testing Methodology Manager and Business Operations Manager. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Self Employed, where they established SW Quality Management teams and implemented standard working procedures and tools. Sarit also had significant experience at Amdocs as the QA and Systems Implementation Group Manager, leading teams of testing engineers and providing testing services to internal and global customers. Sarit started their career as a SW Developer at Intel Corporation and later became the SW Testing Team Lead and Training Manager at Tescom.

Sarit Klugman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SW development from MAMRAM, IDF in 1992.

In 2013 to 2014, Sarit Klugman attended the University of Haifa and obtained a certification as an organizational consultant.

Moreover, Sarit Klugman obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained a Foundation certificate in SW Testing from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2009, they furthered their knowledge in SW Testing by obtaining an Advanced certificate from the same institution.
