Tamara Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Simpli.fi since May 2021, Tamara has a strong background in customer service and business management, having previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at BluHorn® Media Buying & Planning Software until its acquisition by Simpli.fi. Prior roles include Customer Service Manager at EQUATRADE, LLC and Customer Service Support Manager at MICA Software, LLC. Tamara is also an entrepreneur, operating a remote IT Help Desk and web application development business. Educationally, Tamara holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
