Jenn Potratz

Jenn Potratz, MS, is a seasoned program leader and certified wellness coach with over 15 years of experience in program strategy, organizational design, and behavior change. They have managed multi-million dollar portfolios at Microsoft and contributed to various mental health initiatives in roles at organizations like East House and HumanGrid. Currently, Jenn is completing a practicum through Open Source Wellness and works as a Competitive Intelligence Project Manager at Smartsheet, while also running their own business, Blue-Eyed Birds Creative, which supports socially conscious entrepreneurs. Jenn’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Creativity, Change Leadership, and Social Innovation, as well as ongoing studies in Psychology and English.
