Jenna Briggs

Jenna Briggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Simplicity Consulting since February 2025, Jenna creates strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and upselling, significantly boosting revenue and client loyalty. Prior to this role, Jenna held various positions at Creative Circle from August 2012 to February 2025, culminating in the role of Vice President, Enterprise, where oversight included a team of over ten. Earlier career experience includes positions at Gelia Wells & Mohr, Multisorb Technologies, and DocuLegal LLC, showcasing a strong foundation in business development and marketing communications. Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Canisius University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
