Joy Archer

Joy Archer is a seasoned storyteller with extensive experience in writing and creative direction across various media and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Writer at Simplicity Consulting, Joy supports Microsoft's Customer Evidence Studio by crafting customer narratives. Previously, Joy was the Owner and Creative Director of Volcano, where they provided strategic and creative services from 2005 to 2011. Joy has also held senior writing positions at notable companies such as Microsoft and White Space Healthcare Marketing, and is the Creative Lead and Chief Storyteller at Storyworks. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon, which they continue to pursue.
