Shujen Chen is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in analytics, e-commerce, and operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Program Manager Lead at Simplicity Consulting since July 2022, Shujen focuses on delivering GDC Analytics and providing program management services for reporting and analytics in marketplace environments. Previously, Shujen held various roles at Microsoft from September 2015 to December 2017, including roles as an Ecommerce Program Manager and a Program Manager for Universal Storefronts Tools & Services, overseeing global training programs and automation projects. Shujen also served as the Sr. Director of Operations at ASUS AICS from December 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included recruiting strategies and team management. Additionally, Shujen founded and directed the WWG Music Ministry from 2004 to 2011, engaging in audio production and education. Shujen holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from National Taipei University.
