Daylan Simkavitz

Daylan Simkavitz currently serves as the Director of Technology Solutions at Simplicity Group since October 2025 and holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Happiness Through Horses since December 2022. Previously, Daylan held multiple roles at The Leaders Group, Inc., including IT Manager, System Administrator, and Head of Information Technology, from August 2018 to October 2025, before it was acquired by Simplicity Group. Daylan's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst for KLX Inc. in the Rocky Mountain Region from August 2015 to August 2018, and roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and IBM from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included desktop operations, escalations, and IT analysis. Daylan's educational background includes a High School Diploma from The Denver School of Science and Technology and studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
