Mitch Leidner

Mr. Leidner serves as Simplicity’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leidner is responsible for directing the Group’s overall financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and capital management. Prior to Simplicity, Mr. Leidner was a partner and co-head of the banking and credit team at the private equity firm which owns Simplicity. Mr. Leidner has been in the private equity and venture capital industry for over 20 years. Prior to his private equity career, Mr. Leidner held positions at several Wall Street investment banking and management firms. Mr. Leidner earned a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a B.S.E in Finance and a B.A.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Leidner serves as a Director for Simplicity Group Holdings.
