Tom McNeela

Tom McNeela, FSCP, serves as the National Sales Manager at Simplicity Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Managing Director of Sales and Service at RetireOne from March 2022 to October 2022. Tom's extensive experience in the financial services industry includes a lengthy tenure at Allstate Financial Services, LLC, from March 1997 to October 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager Sales Training, where Tom led training teams and developed training materials, to roles as an Education Consultant/Sales Trainer and External Wholesaler, with a focus on driving sales and developing customized learning plans.
