Shane Brealey

Shane Brealey is the Managing Director at Simplicity Living Limited, where they currently lead an initiative to construct 10,000 Build-to-Rent homes across New Zealand within the next decade. Previously, Shane held the role of Managing Director at various companies, including NZ Living, which they founded, and NZ Strong Group, where they served as co-founder and Managing Director. With experience in project management and construction from organizations such as Brookfield Multiplex and Lendlease, Shane has dedicated their career to providing quality housing solutions and improving industry practices.
