Cherag Bhatia

Cherag Bhatia has extensive work experience in card operations and payment operations. Cherag is currently working as a payment operations manager at SimpliFi since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) from October 2014 to December 2019 as a senior officer in card operations, where they had responsibilities such as daily reconciliations of card accounts and verifying card maintenance reports. Before FAB, Cherag worked at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from 2009 to 2014, where they held various roles in card operations, including card issuance, card reconciliation, and card dispute resolution. In these roles, they performed tasks such as processing card upgrades/downgrades, card replacements, and resolving customer queries and disputes.

Cherag Bhatia has a strong education background in business administration and management. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, Cherag pursued further education at the University of Bradford, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
