Bethan Davis

Bethan Davis (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Simplify since March 2023, Bethan previously worked as a Retail HR Advisor at Claire's, supporting 105 stores and 39 concessions to implement people strategies. Prior experience includes positions as an Employee Relations Advisor and HR Employee Experience Advisor at Schneider Electric, providing guidance on employee relations across the UK and Ireland. Bethan also has experience in recruitment as an IT Recruitment Consultant with Uniting Ambition and earlier roles in HR support and management with Hilton and The Royal Household. Bethan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Staffordshire University, along with a Higher National Diploma in Public Services and Law from South Staffordshire College.
