Clare Carter

Clare Carter is a Conveyancing Development Manager at Simplify, where they provide support to large introducers and oversee performance outcomes. They began their career in Local Government, gaining legal experience in planning, highway, and property matters, before spending ten years at St Helens Council. Clare further developed their expertise at Pannone and Partners, focusing on commercial property, including significant projects with the Highways Agency and Manchester Airport. With over 25 years in the property sector, Clare is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has lectured on Conveyancing Practice as part of the CILEX syllabus. Outside of work, Clare enjoys running and family outings with their spouse, two children, and dog, Ralph.
