Rachel Burrows is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer retention across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Sales Conversion Director at Simplify since February 2021, Rachel has previously held significant positions, including Director of Sales Operations at Capita Customer Management and Head of Commerce at Three, where notable contributions were made to transform sales and retention centers.
