Tonicha Blackwell is a professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and software development. Currently serving as the Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead at Simplify since July 2025, Tonicha has also held roles such as Technical Advisor at Gilson Gray LLP from December 2023 to June 2025 and Student Software Developer at Code Institute from July 2023 to January 2025.
