Uvais Patel is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships, sales, and change management within both direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer environments. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Sales at Simplify since September 2017, Uvais leads D2C partnerships and sales operations. Previously, roles included Direct Acquisition & Change Manager at a leading UK technology-driven conveyancing firm, where responsibilities encompassed business acquisition via telephony and digital channels, alongside digital product and supplier management. Uvais spent a decade at HSBC Commercial Banking, where roles included Lead Business Process & Change Implementation Manager, overseeing process modeling and change implementation across UK Business Banking, and Team Manager for commercial and retail contact centers, developing and managing teams across various channels. Uvais began a career in retail before obtaining a BTEC First Diploma in Motor Vehicle Engineering & Electronics from Leicester College.
