Paula Puzzi is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, business development, and innovation across multinational B2C and B2B sectors. Paula combines a strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to transform visions into measurable results, having successfully launched product portfolios that generated significant annual revenue and built strategic partnerships in various international markets. Currently, Paula serves as an Investor and Board Observer for Nfinite Nanotech and Simplifyber, while previously co-founding and leading Suzano Ventures to invest in innovative companies. Recognized among Brazil's 100 Most Influential Women in Innovation, Paula is committed to driving sustainability and collaboration to navigate complex challenges in dynamic environments. Paula holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Project Innovation Management and a Master’s in Marketing.
