With a strong background in process optimization, they have previously held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consulting Manager at SimplifyNext, leading teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Siu Ting served as a Senior Automation Consultant at NCS Group, specializing in streamlining business processes. They hold a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and continue to advance their education.
